Returns & Refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!

Returns

You have 30 days to return an item from the date it was purchased.

To be eligible for return, items must be unused and in the same condition as purchased.

Items must be in the original packaging.

Customers need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not offer returns on sale items.

When returning your item we will inspect it, notify you of the decision and organise a refund.

Warranty Procedure

If you feel a product has a viable warranty claim under the specific conditions of the manufacturer, please fill out our warranty form to initiate the warranty process found here and email to us at [email protected].

For bike and snowboard equipment please note the serial number and include a clear photo of the serial number.

If your warranty is approved, we will can refund via credit card. You can also use it as store credit at a later date if you have a store account at Evolution.

You will receive the credit within a week, depending on your card issuer's policies.
